I’m back in the gym after a week or two of working out at home! My home workouts are effective enough, but they don’t compare to the things I can do in the gym.
After some time away, my workouts this week are kicking my butt! This is also my first week jogging in the mornings, and the first time I’m doing two leg days a week instead of one. Tuesday was my first leg day of the week. Wednesday was arm day (that was the day I took the photos below), and today, Thursday, was again leg & chest day. So far, I feel great! Sore, but great.
