- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites: 20g animal protein
- 1 serving old-fashioned oats (1/2 cup) w/ 1 scoop chocolate plant protein: 23g net carbs, 10g plant protein
- Sugar-free syrup for the oats: 11 cals per 3 tbsp. It’s probably not very healthy, but it adds flavor and helps me stick to my calorie/macro goals
- And of course, coffee! ☕ Black, with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
