Along with writing about spiritual philosophy and openhearted rebellion, I’m evolving the topics I write about to include fitness, gaming and whatever else inspires me. This is obviously a fitness post. I’m also starting to do more than just write – I’m making videos, too! This TikTok was hard to make because I was super nervous to speak on camera, but I think I did okay. These videos will get better as time goes on.

My first time on camera! Just sharing what has worked for me. Calorie Deficit is a science that generally works in helping shed body fat, but everyone’s body is different; what works for me might not work for you. No matter how you go about losing body fat, it is important to eat lots of protein – 1 gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight.
