Saving water is becoming a more important issue, especially in the American west and southwest where drought has been persistent and devastating. There are utilitarian ways to save water, like using water-efficient faucets and showerheads, not flushing every time, and keeping your showers down to 5 minutes, but Award-winning designer Simin Qiu has developed a faucet that not only cuts down on your water use by 15% but also looks amazing doing it.

Inside of the faucet are two turbines that spin as the water flows through, giving the water that comes out a stunning lattice pattern.

Not only does it save water and look amazing, but the water actually comes out gentler and a bit faster. It responds to being turned on in just .3 seconds as opposed to .7 seconds typically seen with a standard faucet. Not that waiting .7 seconds for fresh, clean water to come out of your sink is a huge burden.

Even cooler, this faucet has three possible ways for the water to flow out, which is adjustable using the push-button at the top. Which one would you choose?
