A report has surfaced that Edward Snowden has shared with a blog called the Internet Chronicle his conclusions that extraterrestrials exist inside the Earth.

The report begins by stating information that we regard as indisputable – that extraterrestrials exist, that UFOs are intelligently guided, etc. – but quickly veers into statements, attributed to Snowden, which we believe are designed to raise fear. For example:

“Analysts believe [the] technology [of the ETs inside the Earth] to be so far advanced that we stand little chance of survival in any potential war. The general sentiment is that we are but ants from their perspective, so there is little chance they would empathize or attempt to communicate with us, and the current contingency plan is to detonate nuclear weapons in deep caverns to ‘sting’ the foe we have no hope of destroying in hopes it would discourage further attacks.” (1)

It concludes:

“Just as PRISM shined [sic] a new light on goings-on in NSA’s ECHELON computer systems, revealed in the 1990s, the vast complexes of underground cities  – laser-etched from pure diamond – apparent in the GPR [ground-penetrating radar] scans will transform public debate about the balance between liberty and security.” (2)

In the same way that the material of the Allies of Humanity some years ago shifted allegations made against the cabal onto extraterrestrials, (3) we believe that these reports are designed to blacken  Snowden’s reputation by associating him with fear-raising opinions. Until indisputably confirmed by Snowden, we don’t accept these reports as his.

Moreover, whether his or not, we don’t accept the conclusions as credible. There are no extraterrestrials on or around the planet today who threaten our survival. If anything the star beings here today have saved us from numerous threats to our survival and are our continuing protection against those threats. (4)

There are no contingency plans to detonate nuclear weapons in deep caverns to “sting” a foe. No nuclear weapons can be exploded on the planet by anyone in the service of hostility and the galactics who are here to protect us ensure that this is so. (5)

The statement that “the general sentiment is that we are but ants from their perspective, so there is little chance they would empathize or attempt to communicate with us” is more appropriate to the cabal, secret state or shadow government that Presidents Eisenhower and Kennedy warned us about in 1961. (6)

We regard these reports as mischievous, designed to confuse and alarm. We draw attention to the author’s name: Kilgoar. Authors who are shils often use names which have significance. Is the significance of this name a play on the words “kill” and “gore”?

We request that lightworkers treat these reports with discernment.
