The following is a message given by the Pleiadian High Council, which I read aloud during Maarten Horst’s ET-First Contact radio show. The PHC address the listeners, as well as the host of the show himself. Here is the video version of that show.
With greetings and warmth of the purest order, we are the Pleiadian High Council, happily speaking through this scribe and seeking to help activate awakenings in the minds and hearts of each of you absorbing our words and energies now.
The host of this dear radio show has expressed his excitement to meet us to our scribe, and we have in turn nudged our scribe toward bringing a direct connection through, for dear Maarten and for the dear listeners who’ve tuned-in to feel the energies of we and our scribe, directly.
Each one of you is Loved infinitely in the realms of full consciousness, and you’ll understand this Love as you open up to it, collectively and individually, more than you could possibly fathom.
You’re to find your ascension in a collective manner, but so many of you have already ascended and come back to the surface of the Earth and you dear souls we speak of will be playing the crucial roles of way-showers and bridgers of the purer and lower realms of consciousness.
Some of you have taken myriad experiences and Lives upon the Earth’s surface, and have sought to awaken your Earthly populace throughout each Life you’ve found your own personal awakenings in.
You’ve learned about the deepest mechanics of the Earth experience, and with the Earthly training you’ve received throughout your myriad Lives, you now stand as world-bridgers and ushers-in of the new world of peace and prosperity; that which has been referred to as the Golden Age of mankind.
Your Golden Age has always been intended to come about, dear souls, and you’ve always been intended to bring it about. You’ve always been meant to show the way for the rest of your populace who are indeed becoming awakened to the actions of tyranny and the existence of the realms of spirit.
You’ve been meant to help lead these souls onward into the realms of full consciousness, and you’ve largely succeeded in your tasks up to this point. Even still, we ask each of you to continue-on in your valiant missions and, if and when you can, exceed the amount of service you’ve chosen to give to the surface of the Earth.
We happily request that you “give it your all” while you exist on the Earth, as you work to funnel-down the higher dimensions of consciousness you’ve each come from.
In the same vein, we ask you not to overwork yourselves; to find a healthy balance and to enjoy your Earthly experience as you go about it. Your Earthly experience is indeed meant to be enjoyed, and we know that you can feel the freedom accompanying simply letting one’s existence Be and learning to enjoy each facet of your Lives on the Earth.
We happily remind you that everything you experience in your Earthly Lives happens for a very Divine and ordained reason, and you have steered your own Lives and experiences in the directions best intended for your growth. You’ve been given innumerable assistance, by us and by your personal spiritual guides, with every facet of your mission and with discovering the higher dimensions as you broaden your understanding of what is and isn’t possible on your world.
Before making our final impressions for this communication, we’ll make a small note about the open assistance we’ll give on your world in the time ahead.
We wish not to refer to a time in the future that we intend for you to look toward or immerse yourselves in rather than performing the work needed for your planet to reach the point of being able to see our existence be disclosed, but we certainly wish to inform you about your future and about the role we’ll play.
Following the landings we’ll have formally made on your world, which will come about far after the widespread disclosure of our existence, we’ll teach you to understand the greater energies at work Creating and sustaining your realities.
We’ll do this with the help of the dear Hathors, who are speaking with you along with us and who’s energies are braided with ours into this communication, to understand the energetics driving your realities and to utilize the technologies we’ll happily offer, which have been suppressed for nearly a century in your current society, for the ultimate restoration of your planet.
We and the various other ascended individuals and collectives comprising the Light Forces will be with each of you to share the ascended technologies we have with you and to help you understand how to build and use such technologies yourselves.
While companies with Lighted intents will indeed offer free energy technology when it initially breaks-through on your surface, after our presence has been made known and we widely disperse this technology ourselves and teach you how to utilize it, there will be no need for companies to oversee its production, as it will be like a plant that can be grown by every human being who will understand how to grow and build it.
Our technologies will be widely understood by all, and your mainstream scientists will kick themselves for largely laughing-away free energy and its potential for mankind.
As we make our final impressions for this communication and send a wave of Love forth for each of you absorbing a radio show meant to help humanity understand the reality of our existence, which we are so very grateful to that show’s host for; we express that the direct connection so many of you are finding with us will only pick-up as you find yourselves able to be close to our energies.
We’re with each one of you, and to dearest Maarten who confided his excitement to meet us: You’ve already met us and are meeting us in every moment, but in regards to our meeting physically on the surface of your world – We are just as excited as you to be in your direct vicinity and stare into the human eyes of Galactic souls who’ve contributed much to the ascension of the planet and to the awakening of the populace.
The work of each of you in awakening your public is vastly more appreciated by us in the higher dimensions than you yet know, but you’ll come to understand the importance of your efforts, as well as our immense appreciation for them, in due time.

Hello, Wes. This is the only place i could find to message you. I have so many questions. These channelings do resonate with me. I agree with all that i have read, though i cannot quite remember the ones i have read. They have mainly been channelings from the Pleiadian High Council.
I agree that we all can access this wonderful ability. I will try not to ramble on about the things i want to know….lol because it is a huge list. For now, i will ask general things. Hopefully you will see my reply and be able to respond.
Basically, i am tired of being passive. I want to be a warrior for good. I want to help elevate human kind. I believe if i learned more about higher consciousness, i could help all willing to listen.
So i guess i will ask general questions…..
1) How do i channel? I have so many questions about things that i am beginning to see. I need clarification. I learn best by example. I would love to understand more about my role in all of this.
2) How do i know that what i channel is not from me? I know what i want, and i know the answer i hope to hear (most of the time). How do i know it isn’t just me answering my own question? I need feedback on things i have learned. If i am the source of the feedback, the lesson is not as effective. I believe it is better to have an outside source help in my endeavors and show me what i am doing wrong (like a teacher of sorts).
3) How does the channeling sound or feel when a message is received? Is it a clear thought? Is it a faint feeling? If it is a thought, how do i distinguish the answer given by another entity from my own thoughts? Is there some kind of signature or stamp that sets my thoughts aside from thoughts received from other beings? If it is a feeling, how do i interpret it?
4) Is there a certain mindset or state i need to be in to successfully channel? Happy? Joyous? Peaceful? Is there anything that can disrupt or otherwise hinder a channeling?
I am tired of this world. It is about time we brought forth the new reality that i know can exist. I remember reading that beings of higher consciousness (not all, but the Pleiadians at least) are benevolent, and they are here to help us. I also remember hearing that they are always willing to help and answer any questions we have about the ascension process, and reality in general.
It would be so wonderful if i could have a personal connection to teachers willing to help anytime i needed it. Of course the connection would not be abused. I just need considerable help. These 4 questions i asked do not scratch the surface. I am very curious. Moreover, i think everyone is capable of understanding the true nature of reality, and using that new knowledge to create better experiences for ourselves.
I believe i am slowly uncovering the seams that hold our reality together, but i desperately need help. It is discouraging to not fully know whether or not i am taking the right path. I sincerely hope you see this, and are willing to help me, Wes. Please, let me know any relevant information from which you think i may benefit in my endeavors.

The mode of channeling I prefer is called “automatic writing” wherein one gets into a lightly-deeper state of consciousness (by taking a few breaths perhaps) and affirming that only beings of the purest consciousness be with you at the time of channeling and at all times. Once doing that, affirm that you maintain a strong connection to the source you wish to connect with. If you want to connect with the Pleiadians, affirm that you connect with their specific energies. They’re with you at all times and even if you seem to have trouble making a connection or getting out of your own mind, trust that they’re there with you.
In regards to knowing if you’re channeling them or an aspect of yourself – if you use automatic writing, the connection isn’t quite as deep as it would be if they came through directly in the manner that, say, RA did when delivering the Law of One Series. As such, the source you connect with may use phrases that are familiar to your mind. What you’ll recognize as different is the energy of the words you’re bringing through, even if they seem at the surface to be words and phrases that you say.
Connecting with the Pleiadians or with any other higher-dimensional soul is like connecting with a purer aspect of yourself, because indeed, that’s what you’re doing. Trust is a factor when channeling their messages and you may bring through some ego-tainted messages at first, but it’s a learning process. You’ll come to find a purer connection with them once you practice and affirm your own faith in what you’re doing.
There is indeed a “signature” of sorts when they bring their message through, and that sig will be presented in the form of the excitement and exuberance you’ll likely feel when beginning to channel the source. Again; you may not feel their own signature at first in the purity you’ll be able to feel it upon sharpening your ability, because like everything, channeling is a learning and growing experience that must be practiced. In time, you’ll come to recognize different entities and collectives by their respective energy and the unique impressions they each give off.
At first, try connecting with a purer aspect of yourself; with your higher self perhaps, because your higher self will teach you to work with and understand the purer energy you’ll feel when channeling higher-dimensional beings.
I would certainly recommend being happy or at peace at the time of channeling, but whenever you really begin channeling, the connection will eventually become so deep that your consciousness will drift off to another, blissful meditative realm while you channel whomever you choose to channel. I certainly wouldn’t recommend trying to channel if you’re feeling low or if you’re in a bad mood, because that could affect your ability to bring through a pure connection. You’ll come to find that the souls speaking through you are always happy, and will always express that brimming happiness to whomever connects with them.

dear wes ann this technique of channeling is correct ?
1. Have everything at the ready paper, pen/pencil.
2. Light a candle. Say a little prayer or affirmation and ask for Divine Guidance to inspire and protect you. You can address this to The Source, Personal Guides or to your higher self if you wish.
3. Sit in a comfortable position and listen to a meditation tape of your choice this begins to calm the nervous system and slow down the beta activity of the brain.
4. Now enter into meditation by concentrating on your breathing and slowing it down very gently to activate the alpha state which acts as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind.
5. When you feel ready, have a symbol that you will always use to start the writing (i.e. an open door, a cross within a circle), Select a symbol that is very personal to you.
6. Activate the writing. Now you have attuned and prepared yourself, there are numerous ways to activate the writing. Forms of activation may be the personal significance behind: (a) A recent dream (b) a particular symbol in that dream or (c) the formulation of any question.
7. Quietly listen. The words may be heard telepathically. Begin to write, do NOT edit or evaluate. Write the first words that come to mind. Keep writing until you feel you have finished.
8. Sit quietly afterwards and give thanks for the information you have received. If you have used the symbol of the open door, make sure you close it when you have finished writing. This prevents unwanted ideas and thoughts from flooding your brain. Always remember you are in control and can start and stop whenever you please.
9. Try not to read what you have written for a certain length of time – anything from a week to a month.
10. Finally, keep a writing journal to keep track of your progress.
These steps are the most effective way I know to erase the fear of writer’s block. The next time you find yourself staring at a blank page, remember these ten steps and know that there exists a spiritual/meditative process which can help awaken any literary muse.

Alien Contact Meditation – Part 1
(Transcript of the upcoming podcast)
Welcome to Alien Contact Meditation. Sit or lie with eyes closed and become deeply silent. For now, release all concerns, wants, shoulds, needs, ifs and buts. The aim is to get your mind/bodies energy intol alignment with extraterrestrial or extradimensional beings. This requires a shift in attitude. This shift is best accomplished in a state of deep relaxation or waking trance.
Take a deep breathe in on a count to ten. Hold your breathe on a count to ten. Breathe out on a count to ten. Pause on a count to ten. Repeat this cycle of breathing in, holding, breathing out and pausing 10 times…in a pace that is comfortable for you. I´ll be waiting.

In your minds eye, focus on a white star on a black background. A white star. All your attention, all your awareness, zooms in on this white star and rests there. You dont have to concentrate with a lot of effort. Reduce the effort and just remain silent with a white star in mind.
The purpose of this is threefold: To calm your train of thought, to sharpen your focus and to re-direct your awareness to outer space.
Keep with the white star. Should you notice yourself becoming distracted or having your thoughts wander off elsewhere, gently return to the white star.

Next I´d like you to recall what originally inspired you to become interested in and fascinated by UFOs, Extraterrestrials, Higher Beings, Science Fiction or the Paranormal. Remember and Imagine. Remember and Imagine anything to do with Extraterrestrials…be it vague memories from your childhood or full-blown fantasies of travel to other worlds.

There is a certain label we put on thoughts like this, called “fantasy” or “dream” or “fiction” or “its only imagination”. I would like you to remove this label now, and experience those memories and thoughts and fantasies as if they were real. Go into them. Rather than being an outside observer of some distant dream, go right into those scenarios and enjoy them as if they were very real. If for example, you were looking at spacecraft or another planet, then actually go there with your whole body and being.
Experience those scenarios you wish to experience three-dimensionally, in full color, with full touch. Turn up the intensity, volume and realism of extraterrestrial experience.
Shift your viewpoint from an outside observer to the one experiencing all of this. Look from the eyes of the person who is really in contact with Aliens and Alien Worlds. Allow yourself to feel the exhilaration youd be feeling if this were really happening.

The purpose of this is to deepen your focus on ET Contact. Your focus acts as a signal that is received by beings who are interested in communication with you. It does not really matter what exactly you imagine as long as it represents your highest sense of fascination and exhilaration in regards to ETs.

Alien Contact Meditation – Part 2
Welcome back.
Real-life contact requires an inner resolve. Inner commitment. An inner decision. A clear invitation, spoken without mental reservation, equivocation, doubt or fear.
I would like for you to spend the next 5 minutes thinking about what this type of commitment means to you. To think about what an oath means to you. If you do not feel ready to surrender to your decision in an inner act of will and intent, then dont do it. Turn this meditation off and go about your day. But if you are ready and when you are ready, then speak words of intent and invitation, loudly and clearly.
Use your own phrasings and sentences. If you want to, write them down before proceeding. I will give an example of a statement-of-intent, but this is only my example:
“With my whole body, mind and being I declare myself willing to initiate communication with benevolent extratraterrestrial beings”
“With my whole body, mind and being I declare myself willing and ready to perceive evidence of extraterrestrials.”
“With my whole body, mind and being I declare the channels of ET Contact open”
etc. Do this for a few minutes, using various phrases of intent. If you feel any sort of hesitation or second-guessing while speaking, then repeat the statement until you can voice it with conviction and feel the decisiveness in your body.

If they werent already closed, close your eyes again. You will make up a symbol that represents your intention and everything it encompasses. This symbol can be a shape or object colored anyway you like. My personal symbol is a white star with a blue halo. Any symbol of your liking will do.
You will intend that this symbol is representative of your ET Contact, representative of your desire for contact, representative for your mission. Once you know your symbol you will visualize it before you go to bed and after you wake up. Everyday for several weeks. Before falling asleep and after waking up. You may also draw this symbol and hang it up somewhere. It serves as a memory and re-activation of your intent. Visualizing it is like a short-hand of conducting this entire meditation.
In the days and weeks to come, pay special attention to two things:
1. Your nightdreams. Notice any unfamiliar or alien surroundings and people or beings. Notice any unusual communication received.
2. To the sky. Practice stargazing once in awhile. Look up into the sky more than once a day. Check if you notice any unusual manouvers being performed by what you at first thought were stars or airplaines.
This completes the basic Alien Contact Meditation. Every repetition of it, deepens your focus and belief.

I greatly appreciate your reply Wes. I will try my best to hone this skill I feel it is very important to be able to talk to higher dimensional beings. It seems like one could gain incredible insight about this physical reality, as well as the reality in which they reside. Also, it seems that they may understand more about our physics and laws of nature because i think they have the same laws. It is just that they understand them on a much deeper level. At the very least, i could make a new friend. In any case, i think it is definitely in my best interest to become good at channeling. It seems to be an immeasurable tool/talent to have.
Thank you very much for your reply! Yes, it did help. I am still very new at this, so i am trying to figure out how to effectively approach it all. I suppose since i saw that there could be a signature associated with channeling and thoughts that i must be on the right track.
Wes, if you dont mind, your response raises many more questions. However, i will only ask one.
I am just wondering how to focus on the entity i wish to channel….considering i have no idea what they feel like? Or how do i access my higher self? Kinda weird because it seems to suggest there is a part of me in a higher dimension….probably at the same time i exist in this lower dimension. From that statement, i guess i exist in all dimensions simultaneously, but am only the most aware of this physical one?
Lol this is all so weird to me…but it is a part of us all. I figure it is just as important (maybe more important) as learning about the heart and muscles and lungs and all things that make up the body. We all have this spiritual part too. We are not even scratching our full potential.
Anyway, thanks again for your reply. I will try not to be bothersome. I am just a novice trying to understand this reality. Have a good one!

Ok ,I think as being one that came down for investigation of this Humanity .To learn everything all good,all bad , learn on every culture,every religion ,learn evil ,how it is working,what it is doing to human’S ,at what extend we are at , continuing to spread the light ,make my reports to the stars,suffer the attacks of the negative ,fight against the negative ,help with positive in every way ,drain negative energy to help others work on refilling the energy again. I can recall 3 human physical lives plus this 40 years of this one in which I have no regret what so ever on being here as the soul I am is wonderfull thanks to all of these experiences . BUUUT”” I can definatly recall that this life has unrecalled problems of unnatural nature coming from higher and negative dimentions .Being who I am with all the good and love and wisdom ,I recall that humanity is not strong to fight this force in which my friends are trying to help with frequencies .They are poisoned and their ADN including mine is screwed up ,3000 years of long planned work of the devil .There is no way apart from a confirmation of your presence and getting rid of the negative powers that be that will change our evolution.There is no way whatsoever that humanity will have time to wake up if it is missing the key openers of the higher realms without even having their truthfull history of who they are .I can understand the fact that offering high frequencies can change slowly the course of effect and make an effect.But your frequencies are only affecting those who worked very very hard for isness and were trained to continue in the way of love.There leaves out the rest of humanity ,with broken spirituality ,broken evolution, starting to be deprived of emotions ,tons of lost ,sleeping souls and you are asking them with energies to wake up and be happy ? The frequencies no longer attain these poor souls as this is what 3000 or more years do of genetically working human’S .They need you the higher dimentional command and they need to see in this physical world your presence as they are emprisonned and it is not there fault ,they were all trained that way .This humanity has had been fed so many lies and has been trained to never trust anyone ,frequencies will not be enough for this world .I know you are there and have the greatest respect as I am part of this and I feel it in me to still speak out because I believe I am in right to do holding what I hold as information in the upmost respect of love to inform you of the importance of urgency of the situation .I ask you revise your decisions of not revealing physically your presence as if you do so again.You will send this humanity into another deception of death.Human’s all of them still have enormous value and they cannot stand another genocide ,they are starting to want cleaner air ,and recycling ,they are doing the best they can marching in peacefull ways ,at the same time they suffer to watch others as everyone who is with there self spirit see the ending coming in an apocalyptic sad story .This is why it takes a miracle and it takes your intervention -panic or not ,I would rather see a couple of days of panic proceeded by a calming truth than a bunch of hopefull words which the word hope only exists from a small percentage of human’S here .Yes humans have a lot to learn and a lot of healing is to be done but they are all worth it and they all deserve a chance to decide once the real truth is out .Truth will calm the hate and once it is installed hate will be no more ,but time is of the essence .We do not have it ,and strength ?
