In the wonderful age, that which you call the Golden Age of Atlantis, all was peaceful, tranquil and serene. The atmosphere was positive and cheerful while at the same time being restful and relaxed. This, my dear Earth friends, may seem a strange combination of aspects because in your time and space the pace of life for many people leaves no time to “stand and stare” to “take stock” to enjoy those quiet peaceful, tranquil moments that are so necessary for your soul. For how can your body breathe in the beauty, the energy, the vibrations of life, how can you connect to the heartbeat of Mother Earth if you never have a moment of stillness; when your mind is full of the next list of jobs stretching out back to back over the next few hours?

Compare this, dear ones, to the peace, the quietude and tranquillity of sitting and watching the sun setting. See those beautiful colours, the pinks and oranges, spreading out across the sky, reaching far out to the reaches of space spreading beautiful vibrations of light and joy and those vibrations relevant to those colours, washing over the countryside, feeding and affecting the land and Mother Earth; the glow of that one glorious act that happens every day – free to all you earthly beings. And yet you dash madly around, plugged into all sorts of sounds and sights with your real soul vision disconnected from the wonders around you.

We invite you, oh dear ones, to stop, look and listen, to absorb the glory of the sunrise, the sunset, the trees swaying gently in the breeze, the water rippling along as it flows to its destination, the birds landing on the bright berries, these and so many more wondrous sights are available to fill your senses with delight, with joy, with laughter and beauty.

These sights, sounds, vibrations, colours, this energy of Mother Earth can be enjoyed and absorbed into your senses, your soul, your mind, your very essence, to reconnect you to the origin of your being from whence all of us began. These sounds and sights can bring beautiful energetic changes to your cellular structure, to your crystalline grid, for everything is energy, everything is connected, everything is part of the whole, part of the Oneness, and as you breathe in and absorb it, as you integrate it into your very being, you are releasing all that which is extraneous to your being, all that which is irrelevant to your existence and it is reconnecting and strengthening your very being, the essence of who you are.

For, dear ones, Mother Earth your beautiful planet is your home, your heartbeat, your shelter, and provider, you eat the crops that are grown in her soil – you are part of her and she is part of you. You eat the nuts from the hazelnut trees, you eat the fruits grown and as all these things grow from the components of Mother Earth, with the benefit of the rain water, the sunshine and the moon, all elements of your weather patterns and your solar system, so how can you not be part of Mother Earth, how can you consider yourself separate? So as you sit and watch the sunset or sunrise, as you hear the rustle of the leaves, as you hear the fish leap and splash in the water, how can you not be strengthening your connection to Mother Earth, how can you not be expanding your joy, your essence, your connection to the very heart of all that is?

Give yourself time, dear friends, give yourself the time and space to enjoy these gifts, this beauty, this wondrous gift that has been given to you to assist you here and now in this lifetime., this amazing opportunity to expand your spirit, your soul, your purpose, here on Earth at this very special time.

For many, many, have chosen to experience this very special and exciting time on Earth, here and now as Mother Earth moves her energies higher and brighter as part of her blueprint, as part of her plan. And as she does so, life on Earth, dear ones, will change dramatically for you in a good way, we would emphasise. It may not be the way that some of you would choose, but it will be a glorious and magnificent time on Earth.

As the Atlantean energies awaken and spread around the planet and the skies, so more of you will wish to recreate that which you already know can be experienced. There are those specialising in looking after nature, the soil, the planetary connections, those who understand the powerful connection with the moon, those who have a burning desire to reconnect to the magical times experienced by the Atlanteans.
