The air in Atlantis was pure, fresh and clean, it was almost, you might say, sparkly in its freshness and aliveness. For air quality, dear friends, is so important to your health, well-being and the happiness of your mind and body.
If you could see the air today, it would have particles in that are not clean and clear and you are breathing these into your lungs and it is affecting your whole system, your blood, your cells, your whole make-up and this makes it harder for your body to function well and to be at optimum rate for you.
It takes some of your energy within your body to process this air and to cleanse these particles before it can utilise the oxygen to help you function. This leaves your body prone to conditions like breathing difficulties and asthma as the particles build up in your airways and produce mucous and blockages.

Purity of the air in Atlantis
In Atlantis, the air was as fresh as a mountain stream, as clear as the sound of a bell – for do not forget dear friends, that air, that energy are what keeps the Universe alive, the purity of the air, the clarity of the energy helps the Universe function. As we say, all is one, you and we in our crystalline form are all part of the great Oneness in the presence of the Great One, so we all share this air, this energy and the clearer the air the clearer the energy, the purer the Universe can function.

When imbalance occurs in any part of the Universe, its ripples affect all other parts for it does not exist in isolation. We in crystal form are affected by the imbalance and impurity in air, in energy and we encourage you to think of this aspect.

The energy behind your smile
The air and the energy are also affected by the frequency of your thoughts, of your vibrations and we remind you of the wonderful energy behind a smile, behind a kind thought or deed, we remind you of the joyousness of doing what makes your heart sing, for all these dear ones, send out ripples of joy and light and love into the Universe and stimulate that wonderfully clear air, that mountain stream beauty and creates a rippling effect of great magnitude for the benefit of all.

Atlantean ceremonies and gratitude for crystal clear air
And so in Atlantis, ceremonies were held to offer prayers and gratitude to keep the air healthy and clean and bright – for it is the life blood that sustains us all. Without it we cannot exist. So be grateful for it and celebrate it. Crystals were used in these ceremonies and were placed strategically around the community for although there was no pollution as you know it, the Atlanteans were aware of the need to maintain the purity of air, they were a healthy race because of the nutritious healthy food, because they were a spiritually aware society who rejoiced in their learnings and accepted their lessons as part of their life experience. Their way of dealing with matters was so well understood and accepted and a process of healing so readily available that it was natural to them to deal with issues, as you might say, as part of daily life. In so doing the vibrations, the frequencies of the people were constantly checked and constantly at a high level and this helped keep the air- or the energy – clear, bright and fresh, with the ripples of this going out into the Universe.

Downfall of Atlantis – imbalance of energies
At the end time of Atlantis – where some people became out of balance and wanted more, exhibited greed for its own sake – then the vibrations emitted from them began to affect all the people, and as these people settled into their negative energies, so they refused to seek healing to correct their imbalances and this recreated more negative energies in this vortex or spiral of darker denser energies. As the balance continued in this downward spiral, efforts were made to counteract them in Atlantis and for some time this was possible but the darker the thoughts and the greater the imbalance, it affected the purer people so adversely and was another aspect in the downfall of this wonderful civilization.

Light Workers – spreading hope and joy, love and faith
So you too my children, you Light Workers, are working to lighten the energies, to spread hope and joy, love and faith around yourself, your community and via your internet throughout the world. Your united efforts are creating brilliantly wonderful ripples of light, love, joy and harmony and excellence around your planet and beyond. As the old order bubbles up to the surface to be exposed, so your combined light and energies create a route forwards, a route to reconnect with your Atlantean energies, a route to peace and harmony of health and joy, of remembering your Oneness and the joy of the Universe for you.

As each individual wakes up and raises their eyes to the heavens, so they receive the love and encouragement to step into the light and find their true path home.
