Folks, I’ve made my decision on the basis of the comments I’ve read attached to the two articles looking at the postponed/failed/cancelled Voyage to the Stars.
First let’s review the two comments from Ken that weigh with me and have determined my decision.
Steve, I can’t even begin to describe the problems this has caused on this end and, yes, they are very tangible and serious. I fully expect you to live up to your retirement. If you continue to run this blog after the complete deceit and misrepresentation of your sources and after you said you would step down, you are as dishonest as your sources. What will it be Mr. Beckow?

The question is, was there any depth or weight to your retirement proclamation? Our governments, business, and religious leaders all lie to us, are you going to do the same? This is a question of whether you were using the truth as a negotiating tactic. I’m willing to give you a day or two to regain my trust, if not, the spot “light” will be on you.
Ken
Ken is right in his comment. He’s in the minority. Most other people wish me to stay. But Ken’s comment carries more weight with me than most others, because Ken is reporting that harm has resulted to him. Harm having resulted carries more weight, as far as I’m concerned, than benefit having occurred.
It was partly because terrestrials who attended the flight stood the risk of having their relatives on Earth harmed that the galactics postponed the trip. If they made a decision of consequence on the basis of harm resulting, then so should I.
Most people who regard our actions operate in a 3D environment. As far as they’re concerned, someone has to pay for what happened. There has to be, and has to be seen to be, an admission of responsibility on someone’s part. And the galactics are not here to do that and their explanations through channeled mediums are too short to really go into the full story on the matter.
If I remain, just as Ken says, there will be constant recriminations of a lack of integrity. It would be too fine a point to say that I’m responding to the community’s request that I stay. There must not only be integrity but there also has to be the appearance of integrity.
On the other hand, I also hear that large sections of the community wish me to stay and I also don’t want to let you down either. So I propose a compromise. We have a convention on Earth where we put a person in jail for a crime. When their sentence is served, they are free to rejoin society, their debt to society having been paid.
I am doing the equivalent in requiring myself to be absent from this site for one month for having botched the plan for the Voyage to the Stars by allowing the numbers to rise too far, by not exercising discrimination in my selection of invitees, and having caused people harm through its postponement.
Now you may say that that is a light sentence, but 1/12th of 2012, the year in which so much will happen, is in fact a very heavy sentence to me.
After the Hour with an Angel tonight, the publication of the transcript, and cleaning up any other loose ends, to preserve the integrity of this site, its discussion group, and everything else which looks towards 2012 and Ascension as being not only real but infinitely desirable, I’ll leave the community as a public voice.
I’ll appoint someone to replace me on Hour with an Angel so you’re not deprived of that. The other areas of the work done here already have competent people overseeing them.
I’ll continue to work to bring the Bridge Fund in because that does benefit lightworkers and I’ll work on my First Contact database, but I won’t continue to write for this blog or anything other than the Bridge Fund.

I think we are learning just how deep the deception is and how we can all get entangled because we all want changes and contact so badly….I printed out your e-book from the GFL and passed it around….Whatever you chose to do just remember to love yourself and ask for more clarity. Steve, I am disappointed that you succumbed to Ken’s remarks. His reaction to the event is HIS reaction only. I remember a quote: “What someone else thinks of you is not YOUR business.” If he feels he was harmed, he ‘accepted’ being harmed. Yes, we were all disappointed, but you acted in honor and integrity the whole way. Please continue your work. There will always be those who disapprove. Did anyone force them to read your blog? Did anyone force them to get excited and ‘choose’ to go to the stars? And that’s the point – THEY made the choice. Their reaction to the result is also THEIR choice.

Dear Steve… do you remember AA Michael saying to you … “it would be a tragedy”… WHO are you trusting? Do you trust yourself? I have not met your personally, yet feel in the sense of “heart” connecting with universal love…and our common friend in AAM, that I do know you. Grener said to you… “trust me”… Pondering what “trust” really is…can break down walls/open doors in our hearts…guiding in ways of strength and power as we align more fully with the Light in our hearts… WE are Light Beings having human experiences… we are far more powerful than we may currently realize… and in the name of “good”… surrounding ourselves with the mighty help of AAM, we are protected… our angels and guides will all give guidance–if we ASK. I am out doing my internet and have not had time to read all this. I have downloaded it to read later at home. Then I won’t be online so I won’t be able to post a comment.
So here goes: I read Ken’s comment and it beggars belief! There is no such thing as 100% accurate channeling. God does not allow it. The highest percentage of accuracy God allows is apparently 95% and believe me that is practically unheard of.
Being around this business for so long and most of my close friends for the past 35 years being channelers I have to say that I think a channel considered good is usually around 60- 70% accurate.
Everyone is allowed to make mistakes and the Masters have assured me that they do make them too.
It breaks my heart to think of a wonderful person like Steve who cares so much and works so hard to help humanity being made to feel bad for an honest mistake. WE ALL MAKE THEM!
Steve you have nothing to worry about. You are of impeccable intent and you are doing more to help than lots of people. Mistakes will happen.
I just had to look at your photo (which I have not seen before) to feel loads better. Your energy is WONDERFUL.
If you leave public life that would be a TRAGEDY for us.
That being said, I don’t get to follow everything that is happening right now.
I am curious how much channeling we are basing our hopes on is coming from that lady who said that thousands of people would die on 11/11/11.
I hope the info about the bridge fund and NESARA is coming from other sources…for all our sakes!
Sometimes the attribution of some posts here is not always obvious. Attribution of all predictions and even if possible photos of the people making claims would be fabulous. Since I see the soul in photos I can tell how reliable they are.
I would rather email you but can’t seem to find your address rt now. But I think you should be really proud of yourself and what you are doing. We all have to keep working on the fine tuning becuase none of this is easy and none of us is getting everything right (ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO POINT THE FINGER!)

Hi Rachel,
Just my opinion :). When you say that channels are about 60-70 % correct I would agree. To me, Universe is in constant change, so what applies for today will maybe not apply for tomorrow , or even a minute later. Because we are all co – creating our “future” as ONE , so everything will be in divine order. Anyway, maybe Steve came to this decision because he feels he needs a time out and work through his vasanas.

Steve, your my hero. And that is for trying to speed up disclosure.
Isn’t that what we all want?! I dont know why this Ken want you out so badly but this is not the way lightworkers treat each other, eg unforgivingly. And what is there to forgive anyway.
You tried and it didnt work out, so what. At least you tried and stuck your neck out. And now they want to burn you for the trust they put in the proces.

The dark Force dont forgive, one mistake and your out. We are lightworkers we dont role that way. We work with good intentions, you worked with good intention. We forgive and give love. Isn’t that the way Grener treated you?
And your sources are not unreliable. Linda is an excellent lightworker and exquisit channeler. Grener is a most honored lightbeing. How do I know? Because you can hear it in his words and the truth of it rings in my heart.

Steve keep doing the good work, this whole Neptune trip showed how many people would love to meet our space family and its a long time someone steared up the lightworkers community like this. Thank you for the excitement and joy.
