We have all presumably heard about the reptilian alien race, but how many of us know where this story comes from? In this article we will explore this question in more detail.

Michael Barkun, professor emeritus of political science at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, who specializes in political extremism and the relationship between religion and violence claims that the idea of a reptilian species plotting against the human race originated in the fictional series of Conan the Barbarian. According to Barkun, the first appearance of reptilians in literature was in “The Shadow Kingdom”, published in Weird Tales in August 1929.

The story drew on the ideas of the lost worlds of Atlantis and Lemuria primarily through Helena Blavatsky’s The Secret Doctrine, which spoke of “dragon-men” who had a very advanced civilization on the Lemurian continent. Howard’s “serpent men” were described as humanoid with human bodies but snake heads, who were able to mirror real humans at will through shape shifting. It was claimed they were hiding in underground passages and were using their superior intellect and manipulative ways to control the human race.

In the 1940s, a non-fiction writer named Maurice Doreal, wrote “Mysteries Of The Gobi” which described a “serpent race” that was had human features and the ability to shape shift. These creatures also appeared in his writing “The Emerald Tablets”, in which he claimed the tablets were written by “Thoth, an Atlantean Priest king”.

Although mainstream scholars would like to attribute the origins of the reptilian conspiracy to being purely science fiction, they are incorrect.

The truth is the reptilian theory predates both modern day religions of Christianity and Islam, and is rooted in ancient authentic texts from the Nag Hammadi people which date back more than 2,000 years ago.

The reptilians are documented in these texts as being interplanetary invaders who conquered the earth and human race in about 3,600 BC. It is written that these beings are far more advanced in terms of intellect than we are but they lack creativity so they exploit us for this purpose, along with general amusement. Additionally, they feed off of suffering and what we can call “negative energy” such as stress, depression, anger and hatred, among other things. The problem they present though, is not really physical, it is mental. They manipulate our thoughts which results in the manipulation of our “reality”.

Without allowing this to freak you out, it’s believed by researchers that they are not actually as strong as one would imagine and they cannot control us unless we unwittingly believe in their deceptions and lies. Interestingly, this is how the system which dominates our world and  the human race operates… on deception and lies. War based on lies and deception, scarcity based on lies, living lives like slaves to earn paper with imaginary value… something, once again, based on illusions and deception.
