Wisdom with Wes: Not Enough

Snapshot_20140731_2Eating organic isn’t enough to sustain our physical, emotional and spiritual health, but it’s a step in the right direction.

Similarly, being ‘spiritual’ isn’t enough to maintain our physical health if we continue to eat chemical and GMO-laced food. We can eat healthy and strive to stay aligned, as opposed to doing one and hoping the other automatically falls into place.

As hard as it might be, we have to accept responsibility for the things we think, say, do, and put into our bodies, and when we realize that our health and happiness depend on us, we can make choices that satisfy our drive to raise our vibration and stay spiritually aligned.

I’m not trying to say that being spiritual yet consuming bad food or eating healthy yet failing to source our negativity is a bad thing, and all that matters is that we try. I just don’t think we should hinge our physical or spiritual health on any one thing, and we’ll want to be diligent in every area of life if we want true, lasting upliftment.

It doesn’t have to be hard, and accepting responsibility for our lives can make the process of shifting our lifestyle fun and exciting.

Ultimately, we’re the only ones who can change our lives for the better, and as long as we remember that there are a lot of things we can change (as opposed to one or two) and they all have to do with different aspects of life, changing them should be relatively easy.

Stay aware!

Wes Annac 🙂
