In some cases (but not all), physical sickness can be caused by spiritual or emotional instability. There are obviously other explanations for illness, but most people don’t yet understand that you create your reality and your emotions will always determine your health.
If you’re in a centered or positive frame of mind, your physical body will respond with the health and wellness you desire and deserve, but if you’re in a negative frame of mind that you can’t seem to escape from, your body will respond to the negative energies you send out.
Everything around you is a response to your thoughts, feelings and actions, and realizing this will help those of you who’ve had trouble with physical and emotional illness.
As long as you can stay centered within, things will start to fall in place and you’ll look back on your times of physical or emotional instability and wonder how you let yourselves fall so far down.
Even when emotional instability causes physical sickness, be easy with yourselves and always keep in mind that you’re doing your best with the resources – both internal and external – you have at your disposal.
Everyone’s doing their best on your evolving planet, and even those who are completely unaware of spirit and unwilling to believe anything beyond your physical reality could possibly exist are doing the best they can with their beliefs.
Even though the world can be a dark, difficult place to live, it’s still as heavenly as you let it be. Whether or not you consider yourself spiritual, you can maintain a positive outlook on life, and in doing so, keep your physical body healthy.
Mainstream science will discover in time that your emotions are directly linked to your health, and while staying in a positive or centered frame of mind isn’t all that’s required to keep your body healthy, it plays a big role in your body’s sustainability.
When more people realize this, there’ll be less people with declining health and more people who are able to physically, emotionally and spiritually soar.
Sometimes, you just have to be easy with yourselves and take things lightly. Excitement about facing the challenges you create for yourselves each day is always recommended, but taking it easy every now and then will keep your physical, emotional and spiritual health strong.
If everyone were attuned to their inner intuitive voice, which is difficult for some people because they don’t believe in spirituality or even the intuition, the guidance they’d receive would help them make choices that serve them along the highest and most helpful path possible.
Many of you have chosen to traverse the enlightenment path, but others are on their own paths and they’d be assisted greatly if they attuned more to the constant advice and guidance the intuition offers.
Your inner voice will help you maintain your health, and all you have to do is attune to the messages that are constantly given to start benefitting. As long as you stay open, receptive and balanced, things will become much easier and more free-flowing and you’ll be glad you stayed in your center, thereby keeping your health strong and intact.
If you have love, centeredness and the willingness not to leave your center at the drop of a hat, life will open up for you and you’ll find things you never expected to find (and help people you never expected to help).
You’re all capable of more than you realize, and maintaining your health and your link with the voice within will help you uplift yourselves and the world around you, which, for the most part, has been lost in unawareness for millennia.
