Wisdom With Wes: The Path of Patience

Snapshot_20140731_2I’ve probably written about the importance of patience before, but I want to reiterate that it’ll save us from our own worst and most deeply rooted negativity.

It’s easy to descend into anger when we lose our patience, but it’ll only make us and the people involved feel worse in the end.

It’s easier to keep our channels open when we can express patience in the most frustrating circumstances, and we allow ourselves to see life from a different, more allowing perspective that can make any situation, however difficult, easier and more enjoyable.

As long as we try our best in life and remember to be patient when things aren’t going our way, we’ll navigate the things we face with relative ease. We’re meant to have challenges, but there’s no reason to let them bring us down or stop us from remaining in our calm, loving, patient center.

Will you remember the importance of patience today?
