Wisdom With Wes: Depression or Upliftment?

Snapshot_20140731_2Even on the days we don’t feel our best or most willing to contribute to our conscious revolution, the best thing we can do is get out of our own way and embrace positivity.

There are going to be times when the low emotions that have held everyone back at one point or another start to influence us, but we can choose how we want to handle them when our time comes to face them.

When we face negativity (and we all inevitably will at some point), how will we choose to handle it?

Will we choose to spiral down into depression, or will we triumph in the face of the low feelings it could cause us to feed? Going out of our way to remain positive and uplifted is easier said than done, especially when we’re tempted by negativity, but if we want to change this world, we’ll have to be as uplifted as we can, as often as we can.

Our future depends on our ability and willingness to embrace love instead of the same old low emotions that have held us back in the past, so let’s keep this in mind the next time something threatens to bring us under. We’re the only ones who can stop ourselves from embracing love, joy and general positivity, and we hold the key to our own wellbeing.

How will you respond to difficult or negative circumstances?

  1. Wes, will someone please channel some info on nuisance barking dogs and their inconsiderate owners. I hear between 200-500 barks every day in each of the 4 cities I have lived in it the past 5 years. All dog owners seem to be totally unconcerned and uncaring about it. But I have dealt with this so much for so long that I would truly like to be dead. This is not a small problem, and society as a whole is ignoring it. For me there is no such think as peace in this earth life as I am tortured all day and night every single day.
