Step 1: Learn to accept circumstances as they are instead of feeling the need to fight against the natural flow.
Step 2: Learn to consume foods that are healthy and uplifting; never wane in favor of the desire to please the physical senses.
Step 3: Embrace unconditional love – for ourselves, for our family, for everything in life – no matter what circumstances we face. If we have trouble following Step 3, go back to Step 1 and try again.
Step 4 (perhaps the most important): Realize that we aren’t yet perfect and we won’t master all of these steps overnight. Life’s a constant journey, and it wouldn’t be fun if we didn’t mess up every now and then.
