I don’t know about any of you, but my hunger for spirit is growing these days. I feel more driven than ever to produce as much spiritually inspired material as I can, because I’ve reached a stage where my creativity actually provides a meditative ‘high’.
Some musicians will tell you that their music seems to provide a sense of natural upliftment, and writing/channeling have provided this for me lately. Channeling always did in a sense, but the messages seem to be getting purer and more direct than ever before and my meditations during and after each session reflect this.
I’ve reached a stage that most creative people probably strive to reach, and I get the sense that as long as I stay committed to writing/channeling each day, the flow (and the good vibrations that come with it) isn’t going anywhere. In fact, I think it’s going to expand.
I also find that my growing hunger for spirit is leading me to spend more time outside. It can be difficult to balance spending peaceful, quiet time outside and doing work inside, but both avenues have become very enjoyable and spiritually nourishing.
Some days, my hunger almost grows too strong and I’m driven to ask myself what more I can do to feel the love. It flows very freely and smoothly most of the time, and the only time it’s depleted is when I deplete it by momentarily stepping off of the path.
We’re the only ones who can stop ourselves from making pure and potent progress, and I notice that as long as I’m willing to empty the ego and embrace spirit, I have no difficulty finding the flow. Only when I give in to the wants and demands of the ego does my flow seem inhibited, and television pretty much always makes me feel low these days.
I’ll say from experience that continually embracing spirit is the best thing we can do, because the ego will constantly surface and try to take us off of our paths. Some of us use our creativity to remain on the path, and the longer we’re immersed in our creative work, the less of a chance the ego has to influence us.
Most seekers enjoy their work enough that they keep themselves too busy to focus on vanity, and they pursue their creativity for hours on end with the same enthusiasm as when they first started. I can (and do) keep myself busy every day, which is a very good thing in my eyes, and my day is as busy as anyone with a ‘regular’ job.
I wake up in the morning, work away, and get done in the evening, but I’m blessed to do something I enjoy instead of something I have to do for the sheer sake of survival.
I’ve reached a point where I can fill every minute of every day with something to do, and for the most part, I do. There are days, however, when I feel like retreating into nature or simply relaxing in my back yard (which, if you saw it, you’d know is basically the same as going out to nature) and enjoying the good vibration that permeates everything.
Watching the hummingbirds fly around and enjoying the peaceful chirping of the bugs makes me feel very grateful for summer, and a few deep breaths will transport me to a whole new realm.
I recommend everyone meditate or find another way to attune to the good vibration we can now feel, because we have an opportunity to let it flow gracefully. We just have to open up to it and enjoy the bliss that results, and personally, meditation has proven to be a great way for me to feel and consciously radiate it.
I’m also being led to make a lot of slow-paced lifestyle changes, which include changes to my eating habits. I stopped eating meat a long time ago, and since then, I’ve been slowly turning to healthier, organic fruits and vegetables while looking out for products that are explicitly non-GMO.
I’m starting to see that our health is not only important to how long we live – it’s important to our daily functioning. We have a lot to learn about the destructively unhealthy food we’ve been spoon-fed by corporations who don’t care about our health, and I’m starting to see that health is essential to a wholesome, active, and fulfilling lifestyle.
Along with trying to eat healthier, I exercise a little bit each day – partially because I enjoy it and partially because it, like eating healthy, increases my spiritual connections.
Anyone who knows a little bit about health will tell you that the brain releases endorphins and other feel-good chemicals when we exercise, and these natural chemicals help us open up to the divine and enjoy the blissful perception that results.
Exercise is a very helpful way to find and remain on a higher vibration, and this lifestyle change is playing a big role in helping me feel more ‘connected’.
Spirit is flowing more gracefully than ever before, and I’m grateful to Source for blessing us all with this difficult but worthwhile earthly experience. I hope to hear that at least some of you also feel uplifted, because no seeker deserves to be down in the dumps right now.
The intensified energy we’re being given will either sweep us under or help us soar, and the choice is ours.
We can choose to soar if we want, and all it takes is the willingness to embrace Source instead of the finite, physical self. I recommend surrendering to the flow and refusing to let the ego influence you, and I can say from experience that you’ll be glad you did.
We’re at the cusp of a new era where everyone’s filled with this unexplainable and indefinable spiritual energy, and the more we use our energy and the knowledge that led us to it for good, the sooner the rest of the planet will be awake and willing to create a new world.
