Hello, and welcome to the one-hundredth issue of The Culture of Awareness Weekly Newsletter

This week, we’ll continue talking about lust’s destructiveness.

We’ll also discuss two updates from Mother Mary – one via Fran Zepeda and the other via Linda Dillon; we’ll learn more about fourth-dimensional architecture for this week’s planetary healing; and I’ll give my perspective on the idea that we should empower ourselves instead of looking to others for empowerment.

Now, for this week’s Channeled Discussion

This week, we’re going to examine two recent messages delivered through Fran Zepeda and Linda Dillon. Our first message is from Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene and Yeshua via Fran Zepeda, and it’s titled “On the June Solstice Energies – Follow Your Bliss”.

In their first quote, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene and Yeshua tell us about the increasingly pure energy we’re receiving.

“Greetings from On High. We greet you as we project our love out as a trio of Love energy for you now. We are at your service day and night and welcome your prayers and connections with us in your blissful state of Being that is becoming so prevalent of late.

“Oh, dear ones. You are in for such a surprise. The new energies building as we speak are delivering to you a blast of Love like none other you have ever experienced. So ground and center yourselves and prepare for the increasing beautiful onslaught of soft yet strong gusts of Love and Light energy penetrating you now at a deeper level than ever.” (1)

It’s definitely important to ‘ground and center ourselves’ in the face of this latest onslaught of energy, and I can say from experience that it’ll catch us by surprise if we let it. If we don’t make an effort to find and remain in our sacred, loving center, these new energies could be much more difficult to handle and we could tip out of balance emotionally.

If we aren’t prepared for what’s coming, we won’t be able to handle it like we will if we prepare and stay as centered as we can in the face of it all. However intensely this latest bout of energetic upgrades will affect us, we can stand strong with the knowledge that it’s all for our greater good.

We’re also told about the desire we might have to stop what we’re doing and bask in the glow of these new energies.

“Stay grounded and you will not be ‘bowled over’, but instead will experience such a bathing of rich sensational pouring of Love and Light through all your cells and light bodies, through your layers of light surrounding you and deep into your Heart and High Heart.

“Feel it now, as it builds. You may be compelled at times to stop what you are doing to receive it and embellish yourselves, to absorb and process this Light and Love of the June Solstice energies, deeply restorative and reformative as they are and will be increasingly so as the days move on.” (2)

We should definitely act on any desire we have to rest and assimilate these energies, and if we don’t, we could have a much more difficult time processing them and the heightened emotions they could cause. I notice that every new bout of intensified energy can cause people to have heightened and uncontrolled emotions, and stopping to rest in the fullness and purity of it will help us navigate it much more easily.

If we don’t let ourselves tip out of balance, we’ll enjoy this process instead of treating it as just another thing we have to ‘deal with’. The more balanced we are, the easier and more enjoyable our assimilation and radiating of this energy will be.

We’re then encouraged to create from the immense sense of renewal many of us are starting to feel, which has been caused in part by the energetically active full moon we just experienced.

“Coming off the recent beautiful full moon, you are more than ready. Many of you have been recently able to feel a sense of renewal and more sustaining and complete commitment to the desires you want to create, for the passions you want to indulge in and embellish.

“So create, dear ones, from your passion. Let your passions propel you into a state and a path of least resistance into what you are compelled and desire to entertain, and you will begin to be led into a deeper path of creation and flow coming from that.” (3)

I’ve started to find the renewal our group refers to, and even though I’m still in the process of feeling and acting on it, it feels great to say the least. Our group is right – an overall, undeniable sense of energy and passion is arising in a growing number of seekers.

We should definitely take their advice and use it to the fullest of its potential, and our creative works will be given quite a boost when we do.

Creativity can abound like never before. We can use our creativity to soar, creating new and wonderful things we would’ve never thought ourselves able to create, but we have to step into the livelihood and passion that are making their way to us before we’re able to.

In their final quote, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene and Yeshua tell us about the encouragement the conscious public is giving others to ‘follow their bliss’.

“You are our angels of Mercy and Creation, of Love and Abundance, of Passion and Bliss. You are teaching the world to ‘follow their bliss’, as you delve into and indulge yours. It creates an excitement and state of being that affects everyone. This is how worlds and realities are formed, dear ones, and you are doing it.” (4)

It’s interesting to think that by enthusiastically pursuing things we’re passionate about, we inspire others to contribute to the creation of a new society and a new way of life that integrates love and respect over hatred and division.

Before we made our way to the earth, we used our bliss and passion to ‘create entire realities’ as our group suggests, so that should give us an idea of just how powerful we are when we’re on a heightened level. We can put ourselves on this level in any moment, and all it takes is the willingness to transcend pain and dreariness and, in their place, embrace freedom, love, and bliss.

Our next message is from the Universal Mother Mary via Linda Dillon, and it’s titled “Thank You!” For those of you who don’t know, Linda and the Council of Love have been very involved in the ‘Tsunami of Love’, which is relatable to the purer energies Mother Mary told us about through Fran Zepeda, and much of this message likely centers around this theme.

In her first quote, the Universal Mother Mary tells us that with everything we’ve come to learn and perceive, denial is basically pointless.

“Greeting I am Mary, Mother of Love, Mother of Hope, Mother of Change, Tsunami of Love. Yes child, I am not the Mother of the Tsunami – I AM the Tsunami. This is my essence, this is my core. I have always flowed through you – into your heart, into your cells, into your soul. The difference is now I do so with a level of sweetness and gentle force that you cannot deny. There is no room for denial any longer.” (5)

We can receive the Universal Mother Mary’s presence – not just in our meditations, but in every moment – and when we do, we’ll be blessed with a sacred refinement that’ll boost our creativity and our greater perception. If we open up to Mother Mary and the myriad other forces helping us evolve, the benefits will be endless and we’ll be glad we made the connection.

I can say from experience with channeling that when we connect with our guides and feel their energy in a particularly strong way, we’re practically transported to another, purer state of consciousness. I’ve had some amazing meditations after channeling my higher self and guides, and it’s as if one’s genuinely transported to a meditatively blissful realm.

The Universal Mother Mary also thanks us for our participation in the energetic events that are gracing us – namely, the Tsunami of Love.

“First, I come to thank you, all of you for heeding my call – for responding to my beckoning to come and be my Love. Not merely to receive my Love but to become, claim and anchor the Love that you are, always have been and always will be.

Do you think there is anything that could create more joy in this mother’s heart? You have created and co-created infinite joy throughout your planet and far beyond by saying yes. Thank you.” (6)

We’re responding to the increasingly pure energy we’re being given and using it for a higher purpose, and I’d imagine it does fill Mother Mary’s heart with love and appreciation to see us willingly and enthusiastically utilize the energy she’s giving us.

I don’t know about any of you, but I’m excited to see what effects this energy will have on my (and our) creativity. Everything’s a process, though, and it’d be silly to look to this energy as something that’ll somehow increase one’s creativity, but for all we know, it could give our creativity a boost.

Perhaps our general, higher perception is being boosted as we embrace these energies, and I’d love for my already potent meditations to become even more potent. Time will ultimately tell, but no matter what happens, the direction we go in is our choice and we can soar or falter depending on what we choose for ourselves.

In her final quote, the Universal Mother Mary tells us that more seekers are realizing they belong with the divine.

“The expansiveness of your hearts is mirrored by the expansiveness of my joy and gratitude. You did not undertake the joining me in my blue wave of Love to please me or earn gratitude. You did not do this simply to please me – you did this dearest of my heart because it was a spiritual imperative.

“Your very essence knew and knows it is where you belong – in the wave, in the Love, with me, with All, with every being upon your planet and far beyond.” (7)

The seekers who took part in the event Mother Mary refers to likely found a lot of solace and security in the purer energy they were immersed in, and we can embrace this energy any time we want. We can put ourselves on a constant higher vibration, but we have to be willing to transcend the low, depleted feelings that could easily take over if we let them.

I put myself on an elevated level of loving happiness every time I write or channel lately, and I recognize that I can reach this level at any time of day. It’s easier said than done, but it’s far more worthy and rewarding than existing in a depleted, unhappy frame of mind that can convince us our lives aren’t as beautiful and heavenly as they really are.

If we want to, we can commune with Mother Mary every day; in every moment, and in doing so, we’ll likely unlock an unprecedented level of joy and bliss that’ll feel better than anything the finite earth has to offer. We’re encouraged to connect with our higher selves and guides as often as possible, because they’ll strengthen our links to the other side and the resulting wholeness we’re able to feel.

As usual, we only discussed a few snippets from each of these messages, and you’re encouraged to find their links in the footnotes below and read them in full if the quotes resonated with you. I’m infinitely grateful to the Universal Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, and Jeshua, as well as the scribes they spoke through, and I look forward to seeing what our channeled sources have to say in the days and weeks ahead.

The energy we’re being given will continue to increase in purity, and if we let ourselves, we can adjust to these purity-increases without feeling depleted or put down. It takes balance and the willingness to live in love over the striving mind, and we’re more than capable of doing this – we just have to let ourselves believe we are.

This concludes this week’s channeled discussion.

Now, for this week’s Planetary Healing

This week, we’re going to learn more about fourth-dimensional masonry and architecture. Last week, we read a story from Monsignor Robert Hugh Benson about the construction of a new wing of a fourth-dimensional library, and needless to say, the process of building it was far different than how it is on earth.

As we’ll learn, this is because the people who build these things are on a much higher and more limitless vibration, and it’s much more complicated to build something in the lower realms. Effort and intention are still required in the fourth dimension, but the effort’s more in the way of utilizing one’s greater manifestation abilities.

As we’ll also learn, building things is practically the same in the lower fourth-dimensional realms as it is here on earth, and that’s because both of these realms are dense and, I’d imagine, pretty close to each other. A portion of our society feeds into the energy of fourth density-negative, and I’m sure a bond is formed after so many people feed into certain realms for so long.

In our first quote, Lord Dowding tells us about the ‘creation of willpower’ that’s responsible for the construction of buildings.

“This creation of willpower is universal in the higher spheres and animals and flowers can be similarly formed; but it seems that in the lower spheres more mundane methods of building are employed. Raymond speaks of bricks being made out of emanations rising from the earth and, in the hells, stone and wood is apparently quarried and hewn as on earth.” (1)

In the ‘hells’ as Dowding refers to them, the process of building things is similar to the process we use here on earth, and this is, again, because of the density of these realms. This density makes it much harder to build things that are easy to build in the higher realms, and we’ll find that a lot of things, namely manifestation, become easier as our consciousness rises.

A lot of things will still challenge us, of course, but other things will be much easier and more free-flowing than they’ve ever been. I look forward to this time, and I’m sure a lot of you out there can say the same.

Phillip Gilbert gives his perspective on how large structures come into form in the fourth dimension.

“The creation of a new and ‘permament’ thought image is a solemn process and takes time.

“A number of the group get together and after thinking carefully over the details – our hospital is to use colour-sound as treatment – they have a combined meditation on an inner picture presented to them and, as they do this, gradually the image takes shape and becomes visible.

“But it is motivated mainly from intense concentration on a high level – built from those powerful thought rays of the advanced. Yet the group who work for them also contribute. It is a vast combined effort.” (2)

I’m sure it does require a lot of high-level concentration. The higher fourth-dimensional realms are pretty uninhibited, but I don’t think one would be able to solely manifest an entire hospital or another large building there.

From what Phillip has said so far, it seems like a collective effort is required if one wants to build a large structure, and his story is similar to the one Monsignor shared last week. Both stories pointed out that group work is required to manifest buildings, and I’m sure we’ll find plenty of other interesting similarities as we continue reading Phillip’s.

Phillip also tells us about the illusion that’s manifested for ‘new arrivals’, as he calls the recently deceased.

“It has been known, in order to bring in some of the new arrivals here, to create for them bricks and mortar so they actually work on the building, or think they do.

“But the real work is done, in the background, by the advanced, who, as you know, are the only ones with sufficient power to build ‘permanent’ thought forms which can be used and seen by other people. (3)

The illusion of third-dimensional construction is manifested for the recently deceased who enjoyed it in their earthly lives, and I’d imagine a lot of different tactics are used to help initiates become comfortable with their transition.

I’m sure musicians are shown wonderful symphonies that they eventually realize they can contribute to, and I’d enthusiastically contribute to them if I had the chance. When we’re back in the higher realms, we’ll be able to do this and so much more.

No matter what method is used, our family from beyond the veil makes sure initiates are as comfortable with their transition as possible, and every initiate eventually realizes that they’re in a much freer and more liberated place than they were before.

Phillip continues, outlining the process of bringing a building into form as he perceives it.

“These building ‘thought rays’ are very interesting. All our world seems to consist of fine ‘web-like’ matter which responds to rays of thought. Several people converge, and, if you could see us, you might perceive around our oval-shaped form shells, a strong luminosity reaching upward to a point of power – the very advanced one who is the master.

“In this concentrated act, you would perceive this luminosity begin to quiver and vibrate with immense speed, and slowly become a mass of outgoing power rays, which, like little arrows, draw first an outline and then the mass of whatever it is that we are constructing.” (4)

Again, this is similar to the account of Monsignor, who mentioned that the architects and masons receive their creative power from a higher source. Whoever this apparent ‘master’ is, he/she seems to be responsible for the amazing fourth-dimensional creations that are manifested with the thought rays Phillip mentioned.

It’ll be interesting to see what fifth-dimensional manifestation is like, but based on Phillip’s account, I’d say that fourth-dimensional, thought-based construction is already interesting enough. Can you imagine what it’d be like if we could create the way fourth-dimensional souls do? I don’t know about any of you, but I’d build things much more often.

Phillip then tells us about the psychically strenuous nature of building large etheric structures.

“Have you seen – I can remember it – one of those screen advertisements where a picture builds itself up before the eyes of the audience? That is something like the process I try to describe. If the matter is very important, our act of concentration must be quite a lengthy one. It took us quite a long time to get the outline even of our hospital.” (5)

Like I said above, things don’t just automatically manifest in the fourth dimension – work has to be put in, just like on earth. The difference is that the work requires more inner focus and concentration than physical labor, and when we’re back in a higher state of consciousness, we’ll see that there is no such thing as physical labor.

In its place is a deeper labor that utilizes the inner senses instead of physical muscle, and we’ll want our minds and hearts to be as clear as possible so our resulting creations can manifest correctly. Clearly, assistance is given from the aforementioned ‘master’ who provides the creative materials necessary to bring the buildings into form, so I’m sure mistakes aren’t very common.

Ethel Mclean tells us about a house her fourth-dimensional family was kind enough to build for her.

“Dad had taken me to the beautiful home that all that family had prepared for me. Each one had contributed some special feature. These ‘features’ are materialized from our atmosphere by concentrated thought.” (6)

Concentrated, collective thought is primarily responsible for everything that’s manifested in the fourth dimension, and like Phillip told us, the process involves group meditation and focus on bringing certain things into form. We’re infinite creators who are capable of manifesting anything, but if we want anything to be successful, we have to show incentive.

It seems like group effort is much more common and necessary in the fourth dimension than it is here on earth, and hopefully, all of humanity will soon understand the importance of working together to achieve positive, (r)evolutionary goals that’ll advance our planet instead of hold us back.

Given that a banquet of higher-dimensional energy is making its way to our expanding minds and hearts, maybe the fourth dimension will influence humanity for the better. One can only hope!

In our final quote, Ethel Mclean lays out a very similar construction process to that of Phillip and Monsignor’s.

“Our solids are prepared by a process of thinking-in the specific details; then, when the mental blue-print is made up in exact detail to our requirements, it is fixed in its required form and is beyond decay or dissolution, until the time comes when we no longer require it. Then, it can evaporate into our ether, as the concept and outward form returns to the divine source.” (7)

Isn’t it amazing how so many channeled sources independently confirm each other’s words? I’ve noticed this phenomenon in a lot of channeled messages, and in my eyes, it shows that there’s something genuine to the act of channeling.

If I didn’t already think the accounts we’ve been reading are genuine, their independent confirmation of each other would be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. Some people might label it a coincidence, but if we’ve learned anything so far, it’s that there’s really no such thing.

Everything happens for an important reason, and when channels confirm each other’s words, I see that as an indicator of their genuine nature.

Next week, we may examine what it’s like to be a fourth-dimensional spirit healer, and as long as these discussions continue to help all of you, I’ll keep writing them. There’s a reason I always say we have plenty of material to examine on these subjects – a lot of seekers have held a lot of channeled conversations throughout the decades and centuries.

Our cup runneth over with channeled and spiritually inspired material, and I’m eternally grateful for everything we’re blessed with reading and learning. I hope it’s helping all of you as much as it’s helping me!

And now, for the Conclusion of this week’s newsletter

There are plenty of distractions and subversions on the path to ascension/enlightenment, but what good will it do to give into them? What good will it do to act underneath our potential in favor of these distractions, which don’t fill us with nearly as much love or wholeness as the greater perception we’re discovering?

As easy as it is to get distracted by the finite things around us, I think we’ll benefit far more from opening up to our deeper perception and letting everything that’s vain and materialistic fall by the wayside. We’re here to completely change the backward manner in which this planet has functioned for centuries, but to do so, we have to be in a clear and receptive enough state of mind and heart.

We can’t be in this clear state if we’re too distracted to contribute to our evolution, and I think it’s time to rise up like never before and proclaim our readiness and willingness to leave behind everything that’s held us back and kept us from understanding and acting on our purpose for being on this beautiful planet at this time.

Like plenty of seekers, I’ve followed lower-vibrational paths that held me back. I’ve followed the paths of anger; greed; lust; uncaring. I’m starting to see the damage these paths can cause to our growth and development, and even though I’m not perfect by any means, I’m ready to leave them behind and look into the light of a brand new, spiritually energized day.

We can follow the lower paths for as long as they resonate with us, but when we’re ready to anchor and express a new way of life, it’s essential that we use discipline in the face of temptation to feed into our former ways, which clearly aren’t as satisfying as our developing higher-dimensional perception.

We’re capable of superhuman miracles, and all we have to do is move beyond our lower perception and the traits/habit patterns that come with it to recognize our divinely ordained abilities. With an open spiritual connection, we can do things we would’ve never thought or expected ourselves able to do, so why not embrace spirit over matter, once and for all?

We certainly don’t stand to lose anything by embracing spirit and letting everything materialistic fall by the wayside, and our fractured ego is the only thing that’ll be offended. The ego doesn’t like it when we exit its confines in favor of an open understanding of the spiritual nature of our existence, but since we’re here to transform ourselves and the planet around us, our ego will have to kick rocks.

We can’t act on our greater mission if we’re too enmeshed in physicality to contribute to humanity’s evolution, and I’m happy to encourage everyone who’s unsure about giving up things that satisfy the ego to do just that.

It might not be easy at first, but I can promise that you’ll be a lot happier in the end. Discovering spirit and choosing one’s greater perception over finite, earthly things can provide one with an unprecedented sense of wholeness and invigoration, and those of us who feel particularly depleted will benefit greatly from this invigoration.

When I feel my lowest, I tend to examine the circumstances around me and ask if there’s anything I’ve done to put myself in such a place. Most of the time, the answer is an overwhelming ‘yes’ and I re-realize that I’m in complete control of how I feel and the vibration I feed into.

We aren’t puppets, and nobody’s pulling our strings and forcing us to do or feed into certain things. We’re in the driver’s seat in terms of where we go and what we do, and if we want, we can feed into love as much and as often as possible.

I think we’ll be glad we did, because we’ll see that it had an enormously positive effect on us. I feel much, much better when I’m able to flow with a greater spiritual perception than I do when I feed into anger or any of the other lower qualities, because those qualities drain one’s spirit and sense of livelihood.

The most malevolent lower qualities will completely drain our greater perception of ourselves and leave us feeling empty and hollow, and I’m confident that most of you don’t want to feel like that anymore. I certainly don’t, and this is why I’m committed to living in love and refusing the temptation to live in greed or hatred.

It isn’t an easy process, but it’s doable.

You can all feel free to join me, and if you do, you might find that your lives took a needed and appreciated turn for the better and your spiritual perception grew to new and unexpected heights. I’m ready for my understanding of spirit to grow, and hopefully, you can all agree. With that said, let’s root ourselves in love more than we ever have before!
