Beloved Child,

It is a bright new day and there is much cause for good cheer. There is much cause to be full of joy. Today, as every day, is a gift from God.

Today, as every day, you are making excellent progress on your spiritual journey. Your heart is being opened farther and you will experience more of love and joy in your life.

Today, you will find it easier to love, to share, to smile.

Today, you will find that gratitude is natural.

Your burdens are being lifted, Child; and you see that the transformation brought about by your meditation is underway. You don’t need to try so hard to be happy. It is no effort to be bright and cheerful.

God’s Love is in your heart. The Infinite Love of the Creator shines from you.

Embrace the love within. Embrace the process of Ascension. Embrace every moment. There is much to love in the world today. There is much beauty to see. There is much that is worth doing.

Your life is a blessing, Child.
