Today I was asked to link  my Heart and Mind as I write to see what comes through and this is what flowed from my Heart to my  Mind out onto the page.

Are you ready, this might appear strange at first to hear the words I speak as it has been many many years since we have linked together as One. Do you  remember being told that the heart is the first mind, in essence this is true as It is the place of the soul.  Heart holds all  memory of your many threads together within the soul as memory in far greater volume than your brain can at this time comprehend.

In the beginning  we spent a lot of time in contemplation as we watched the universe  unfold in the way only Prime creator could envision.  Her beauty was breath taking.  Oh how we loved, there was no time  just  the now  of one where  nothing gave us greater pleasure than being involved with the one creator source that we were and still are. As the Now expanded we too expanded,  sending threads of ourselves into vast New Worlds creating and learning as we went. We spent time on many worlds. Becoming a part of  each  process gave us great joy until it was time for us to move on again in light.

We always loved to dive to the depth of the waters as these waters teamed with  the life giving force that infused our very being, it is where  we found bliss  where we  melded, this is why water flowing over us gives us that feeling of peace it is our remembering. The Dolphins are here to help us remember which is why  we see them in our  minds eye for we are one with them. The deep blue of the waters  draw us to the ocean shore  for this is where  we would be infused with the Blue Ray. Our soul form.

This body has been hard for us to carry as it has taken on many lessons through so many years which we have begun to realise were cycles. Even now we find ourselves repeating a couple. This is because the environment we find ourselves in is still not of the Love we remember quite yet. This is a common ailment that we carry within the present DNA strands. Our Ancestors have all left their mark which we see in our selves, our children and our grandchildren. We see the physical manifestations of this in our outward appearance. In our shapes, Hair,eye,and skin colour, Gestures,posture even our mannerisms. What We can not see are the inner marks, these are the ones we must release  to allow our own indelible mark to be revealed in full. We know they are there we feel them sense them like whispers just out of hearing. It is this we must bring into love then our light will infuse every cell of our being. When this happens our transformation to a light being will be complete and will usher in the next stage of our Journey a Journey we yearn for with every fibre of our being because this will reunite us in fullness once again. We know it is close because we see the stars above us moving into positions of old. We feel the Suns rays penetrate a little deeper as we awaken to each new dawn. Our dreams are revealing  signs of old that have been slumbering  within the subconscious mind that are now ready to burst forth.

The Ego has lost its control now as Heart and mind again reunite. The soul sings a long forgotten song of love which very soon will be joined by all as we become one. The Holy light flame now stands as a beacon calling our names as one by one we draw together in this time of the now.
