Before I go into the channeling, I wanted to mention that the higher dimensional energy fields I always see around me are more intense right now. I have found it very hard to get what I need to done in the time I have (luckily, I’m on vacation). I believe this to be a global effect and I believe that is what this channeling will be about.

Hi everyone,
This is the dragon consciousness, which is just a part of your higher selves. In your space, it could be said that we exist in other galaxies, but that is just an illusion.
You are being blasted with intense energy right now. Those sensitive to it may feel the need to sleep, though the energy’s intensity can make you want to learn, learn, learn. That can defeat trying to sleep but ultimately will make you exhausted and you will eventually feel the need to rest longer than normal.
It is important at this time that you slow down, and signal to others they slow down as well in whatever way is appropriate, depending on their comfort level with the information.
Many have had things occurring in their lives that have made them slow down, even if they didn’t want to. At the same time, it feels like time is speeding up. It could be said that you almost have a mental dependency to a certain level of activity. When you feel that you aren’t accomplishing what you need to, it can lead to feeling of lack of accomplishment in certain areas, which can result in light depression or even more serious cases.
There are more than a few things you can do to combat the risk of depression, but a few things we suggest:
* Do things you enjoy, that make you feel good. * Prioritize and don’t beat yourself up over things that you don’t accomplish that are trivial. Maybe you didn’t get around to cleaning the basement. However, we suggest you do take care of things that will be a constant irritation and keep bringing you back into 3d mindsets. Ignoring these things is not a solution. What those things are will be different for everyone.
* Realize that this is a natural part of the process, and don’t beat yourself up over it. Especially avoid anger. * Take care of your physical health, surroundings, and give time to give yourself some attention and stability.
Of course, if you ever have an extreme case and ever get to a point you are a danger to yourselves or others, you may need to take additional steps, at least temporarily. However, beyond that, most of what you do should be for internal clarity and balance.
See, the truth is you are supposed to be decreasing your focus on 3d and gain balance. There are some physical occurrences that will make that easier for you, process-wise, but how you emotionally handle it is partially up to you. It will never be easy, however, but some trips will be smoother than others.
