In the US this is a holiday morning. Happy Thanksgiving!

Be thankful on this day, from the Heart with Love. The energy of gratefulness is a transmuting energy that actually changes the structure of your cells. Holding the energy of thanks and gratefulness within ones center causes a cellular response of great joy.

So many times lately I have seen here on this site the question of what can we do, what should I do. Here is my answer.

Give thanks! Every minute. Hold this vibration within yourself at all times. It lights a flame from within that will carry you forward with ease and grace.

Be thankful for everything in your life…………… “the good, the bad and the ugly” as my channel says. Each and every encounter provides you with an opportunity to bring that flame of gratefulness alive. You could not seek a better way to reach your goal of Ascension than the path of Thanksgiving.
