Dearest friends at the Galactic Free Press i was moved by the meditation on the 21st and wanted to thank you very much for being so accessible and congratulate you on the great turn out, you have touched many hearts. As a thank you and as guided during that meditation i would like to share a poem with you and your subscribers should you see fit.It was channeled through my father Ralph Ticehurst who is a great healer working in Stamford Lincolnshire U.K. it came through on Feb 14th 1995 after the death of his and his wife Janet’s great friend Andrea.Like yourselves Andrea was a journalist of the highest integrity and as such this poem is a tribute to her and remains Copyright of my father Ralph Ticehurst of the Ticehurst Healing Clinic, but please everybody feel free to circulate and share it but with acnowledgment to both, i hope that it helps others as much as it has helped me over the years, although i am only starting to see the full meaning of its words, it ha become a mantra to me in times of doubt and when tiredness creeps in.

The Light.
When you wake up in the morning and open your eyes Let the light shine in
When you rise from your bed and open your heart Let the light shine in
Now don’t give me a fright and give up the fight let the light shine in
The light is pure the light is strong it casts no shadows it casts no fears
So with guiding hands forward you go
Never looking back, only forwards into the light
Now your spirits are high now your heart is bright so let your body bathe in its warm and healing light
