Laura: the pirate issue: i guess it is a 3 and 4d thing only.. or related to not so recommandable beings perhaps.. I am told they are predator species, like the reptilians.. nothing personal.. it is just their way.. can one truely say a shark or a lion, or a chicken are evil because they eat live worms and prays? We also fall in the predator category.. as we were hunters and some of us still are.. and most of us are meat eaters… 
Letters from Bashir
I am from a long line of Starfleet commanding officers for the Galactic Federation of Light. My father is the commander of an entire rescue fleet. My mother and I are helping him in this rescue operation affecting our home world and many planets around our solar system. Our main Sun is going nova, in a few million years there will be nothing left of our entire quadrant.
Our mission consists of relocating many civilisations and everything else that touches their lives. A different team was previously in charge of locating and terra forming new suitable planets for those who will be relocated. When we realised what was happening, we had no idea of the number of planets that would be affected by our Sun’s changes.
It has been a very long endeaviour for that team to follow their calculations through concerning the reach of the Nova forming and explosion. Work on this part still goes on. A different team was in charge of locating possible condidate planets for relocation immediately. Other teams were dispatched to terra form planets in order to welcome new populations. This work is the pleasant part, as the technology available to us is extremely resourceful.
My own work is to allocate different ships to various planets for work together, and I have the responsability of time coordination also. The timing and planning are crucial aspects of our work. Many planets involved do not have any knowledge of advanced galactic civilisations. So we also have to send study teams of populations not familiar with ET life, such as Earth. Although your planet is much more advanced than some of the life forms and knowledge of many of those planets. Our First Contact team dispatched for Earth work under close guidance from the spiritual hierarchy.
Most of the time I am involved in rescue and relocation operations, as I am a known figure on my solar system, people prefer me to work directly with them.
Sometimes our vessels are targetted by space pirates, or slave seller. This is a business some civilisations consider normal and legal, so it is a delicate work. It also happens that we have to defend our vessels from those pirates, as they can be very resourceful and cunning. So the mission also has a risk taking aspect.
This will be going on for a few more thousand of years before all the world involved will be out of harms way. My work with Aurora is limited, I do however make time a few times a week to come onboard Aurora and catch up with the weekly events.
Our relationship goes back a few thousand of year with Aurora and we have a good partnership. For a ship such as her, there are very few limits to what she can do, as she manifests from the 12 th Dimension all the way through the 3D for short periods of time.
